Onekana™ is the collective term we use for the systems which bind the networks together: it also underpins the Global Districts' thinking.
Onekana™ is the shared database & tools which allow members to interact with partners within and across communities and web sites; and to configure the Onekana™ system itself for use in their own web sites.
It comes from the Swahili for "visible" or "be visible". It makes intangible "shared space"
tangible.
Onekana™ underpins our thinking in a number of important ways:
When you log in "What you see, we all see": every member has access to all the tools and all the potential. Administration allows for activation and support, but one control panel fits all.
There are potentially as many perspectives, dimensions, networks as there are members. |
