networks and virtual districts (2D or 3D), and news, events,
or products based affiliation schemes. These can be virtual,
or District based, but always spontaneous with real time updates.

Project had to go on hold after unsuccessful Belfast City of
Culture Bid.

Developed the scaleable point and click
features which allow businesses to locate themselves on maps
and artistic

link back to their web sites, and upload graphics, and text content:
a forerunner to blogging and press submissions. Pilot Project
in Bangor won North Down Business Award for Innovation in IT.

Developed the basic user-updateablity features
allowing businesses to update content linked to sketch maps of
Holywood in Northern
Ireland.

if we could navigate the internet much as we do the real world
visually. We could create any
number of dimensions or views, maps, 3D'Scapes to reflect the
real world, and create a multidimensional interface for people
to use for any purpose".
