BANGOR JU JITSU CLUB GAIN A 'MASTER'

STEPHEN BLACK SENIOR CLUB INSTRUCTOR ACHIEVES 5TH DAN IN JU JITSU

Bangor Ju Jitsu Club gain a Master

Stephen Black, Club Coach within Bangor Ju Jitsu Club recently travelled to the Headquarters of the World Ju Jitsu Federation in Liverpool and successfully completed his 5th Dan Grading, as such he is now a ‘Master’ in Ju Jitsu. This grade reflects the depth of knowledge and skills gained over nearly twenty years of Ju Jitsu Training.

It has been a busy year for Stephen, for the last year he has been a full-time Coach and as well as taking Classes in Bangor and Newcastle several times a week he has successfully opened up four new Afterschools Clubs in local primary schools. The World Ju Jitsu Federation Schools Clubs are now in operation throughout Northern Ireland and have lead to the introduction Province wide of a Ju Jitsu Module within GCSE PE.
