Local leukaemia charity, The Anthony Nolan Trust was established in 1974 to provide a Register of unrelated bone marrow donors for people with blood related diseases, like leukaemia, who need a transplant.
Today, The Anthony Nolan Trust manages a Register of more than 323,000 donors.
It costs just £50 to fully tissue type and add a donor to our Register and EVERY DONOR IS A POTENTIAL LIFE-SAVER.
In Northern Ireland, we raise funds to recruit new donors. This is done through a range of events from dinners to zipslides and are keen to hear from individuals, companies and groups interested in taking part in an event.
